Tracking shipments:

· All orders are shipped with a tracking number to allow the customer to follow the delivery of their order to its destination.

· The tracking number is sent to the customer via email once the order has been shipped.

Liability for loss or damage:

· We are committed to carefully packing all our products to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

· In case of loss or damage during transport, the customer must contact us as soon as possible so that we can take appropriate measures, including replacement of damaged items or refund.
