Historical 

Turmeric has been present since antiquity in India and has already been the subject of several culinary delights 3000 years ago. It influences the cuisines of the world thanks to the opening of the spice route and has gradually spread in all countries. Madagascar was not left behind in this gastronomic journey with the arrival of the Arabs. Bourbon turmeric, a local variety, is very popular for recipes based on curries. It is also an excellent substitute for saffron for all exotic cuisines. 

 

Benefits 

A natural disinfectant, turmeric has long been known for its antiseptic properties. It is also credited with illuminating the skin and repairing damaged skin. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, it can also calm stomach pain as well as any muscle inflammation.

Turmeric is purchased directly in the bush from direct producers. It is therefore 100% organic. It is reduced to powder for easy shopping and handling.
